Doda Police Launch 100-Day Nasha Mukt Abhiyan: Students Lead District-Wide Padyatras for a Drug-Free Future
DODA, APRIL 11, 2026 — In a major push to eliminate substance abuse and safeguard the younger generation, the Doda Police and District Administration today launched a grand 100-day “Nasha Mukt Abhiyan” with a series of high-impact padyatras across the district.
The flagship event commenced at the Sports Stadium Doda, where citizens from all walks of life gathered to take a collective pledge against narcotics. Simultaneously, similar awareness marches and activities were executed at the headquarters, police station, and police post levels under the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan framework.
These programs, conducted under the guidance of district supervisory officers and SHOs, saw seamless coordination between the Education, Health, and Social Welfare departments to maximize community outreach.The campaign was notably driven by the spirited participation of school and college students, who emerged as the primary catalysts for change.
