Katra 20th August :- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, KatraIt has come to the notice of the Shrine Board that a post circulating on the “Social Media” claims that “Vaishno Devi ke Darshan ke raste pr kudrat ka kehar, Badal fatne se 3 ki maut.”
The Shrine Board categorically states that this news is completely false, baseless, and misleading. No such incident has occurred on the yatra route. Pilgrim movement and all services are continuing normally.
Spreading such fake and fabricated news not only misleads devotees but also creates unnecessary panic. The Shrine Board appeals to media channels and the public not to believe or circulate such misinformation. Necessary legal action including filling of criminal complaint has been initiated against the said channel for spreading such fake news.
