Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena Distributes Appointment Letters At Historic Kargil Rozgar Mela

KARGIL, APRIL 14:- In a significant move to bolster local governance, Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena handed over appointment letters to 200 newly recruited government employees during the first-ever Rozgar Mela held in Kargil today.
