Chenani Hosts Annual Baisakhi Mela As MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia Opens Festivities
CHENANI, APRIL 14: The scenic Binisang region came alive today as Member Legislative Assembly Balwant Singh Mankotia officially inaugurated the annual Baisakhi Mela.
