Red Eagle FWO hosts tree plantation drive in Prayagraj
PRAYAGRAJ, July 9 — The Red Eagle Division reaffirmed its commitment toward environmental stewardship by organizing a tree plantation drive at the War Memorial in Old Cantt, Prayagraj.
The environmental event was held under the framework of the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam initiative, a nationwide campaign focused on increasing green cover and promoting ecological sustainability.The chairperson of the Red Eagle Family Welfare Organisation led the drive, participating alongside families of military personnel stationed in the area. Together, the participants planted saplings of diverse indigenous and ornamental plant species across the memorial premises to symbolize a collective resolve toward conservation and creating a cleaner ecosystem.Organizers emphasized that each planted sapling stands as a long-term commitment to sustainability and a greener future for the local community.
