Indian Army White Knight Corps rescues 12 passengers after vehicle overturned on Jammu Srinagar National Highway
NACHLANA, June 2, 2026 :- Troops of the White Knight Corps demonstrated exceptional swiftness and professionalism today by executing a timely rescue operation following a road accident on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
The emergency response was triggered immediately after information was received regarding a passenger vehicle that had overturned near the Army Check Post at Nachlana on NH-44.
The responding army personnel successfully evacuated all 12 occupants from the damaged vehicle, including three children.
Following the rescue, the troops administered immediate first aid to the passengers at the site to stabilize them. After receiving initial medical attention from the military team, all the rescued individuals were safely handed over to the civil administration and the Jammu and Kashmir Police for further medical care and assistance.
