Indian Army online combined entrance examination for recruitment year 2027 begins in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand
LUCKNOW, June 1 — The Online Combined Entrance Examination for recruitment into the Indian Army for Recruiting Year 2027 commenced today across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand under the Headquarters Recruiting Zone for the two states. Candidates appeared at 67 fully prepared examination centers set up across the region, all structured to guarantee a smooth, transparent, and secure testing process.
Major General Manish Kumar, Additional Director General of Headquarters Recruiting Zone for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, visited the Command and Control Centre established at the Zonal Headquarters to closely monitor the conduct of the examination and interacted with representatives from EdCIL and TCS.To facilitate the seamless execution of the computer-based test and provide all necessary support and guidance to the candidates, all Army Recruiting Offices within the zone maintained comprehensive coordination with district administrations, local military authorities, and the designated examination agencies.
The successful commencement of the online entrance test reflects the Indian Army’s ongoing commitment to executing a fair, transparent, and technology-driven recruitment process for aspiring youth across both states.
