Lucknow AMC Centre hosts attestation parade for new Agniveer batch

LUCKNOW, June 19, 2026 — The attestation parade of the AV/08 batch of Agniveer recruits, spanning clerk, store keeper technical, depression motor vehicle, and tradesmen categories, was successfully conducted at the No 1 Technical Training Wing of the AMC Centre and College in Lucknow.

The parade was formally reviewed by Brigadier Saroj Patnaik, Commander of the No 1 Technical Training Wing. During the event, the reviewing officer commended the newly inducted soldiers for their dedication, discipline, and steadfast commitment to the finest traditions of the Indian Army, while motivating them to serve the nation with pride, honour, and integrity.
