Indian Army motivational lecture in Guntur inspires over 400 NCC cadets to join armed forces

GUNTUR June 06,2026 — Army Recruiting Office Guntur, working under the Headquarters Recruiting Zone Chennai, conducted an impactful motivational lecture at Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University in Neerukonda to inspire youth toward a life of honor and service.

The event was organized for 464 NCC cadets who were attending the Annual Training Camp-3, which was managed by the 22 Andhra NCC Battalion based in Tenali.During the session, the participating cadets were provided detailed insights into the unique lifestyle, career progression, and core values of the Indian Army.

The lecture highlighted the various entry pathways available to join the force as a commissioned officer, alongside an in-depth explanation of the Agnipath Scheme for those looking to serve as Agniveers.

Special emphasis was placed on guiding the candidates through the ongoing Online Common Entrance Examination process required for both the Agnipath and Regular Cadre recruitment streams.

Additionally, the cadets were briefed on the latest active applications for multiple officer entries, with instructors encouraging them to utilize the official recruitment portal to explore upcoming career opportunities.
