CRPF Director General reviews operational readiness in Kashmir

GUND, June 10, 2026:- As part of an ongoing tour of the Kashmir Valley, Central Reserve Police Force Director General G. P. Singh visited and halted overnight at the 118 Battalion headquarters in Gund.

During the visit, the Director General conducted a comprehensive inspection of the station’s infrastructure, engaged with key local stakeholders, and interacted closely with the deployed troops.

The Director General was thoroughly briefed on the ongoing operational activities within the area of responsibility, which was followed by strategic security and planning discussions with senior officials and unit commanders to review the regional security apparatus.
