Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Airport Conducts Mock Aircraft Crash Drill to Test Emergency Preparedness
CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJINAGAR, June 17, 2026 — Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Airport in Aurangabad successfully conducted a comprehensive full-scale emergency mock exercise simulating a realistic aircraft crash scenario.
The drill involved active collaboration and seamless participation from key aviation and emergency response entities, including the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), the Airports Authority of India (AAI), the State Fire Service, local airlines, and specialized medical teams.
