Indian Army’s XVI Corps Provides Critical Medical and Veterinary Aid in Flood-Hit Jammu Region

Jammu 12 September :- In response to the severe rains and flooding that have impacted the Jammu region, the White Knight Corps of the Indian Army has been conducting extensive humanitarian outreach. Over the past two weeks, under their project HumAapkeSaathHain, troops have organized numerous medical and veterinary camps in remote villages to aid communities affected by the inclement weather.

Demonstrating their ongoing commitment, the Corps organized another such camp today in the village of Trenna, in the Ramban district. The camp provided essential healthcare services to local residents and their livestock, offering critical support in areas where access to medical facilities is often limited.

This initiative serves as a powerful testament to the Indian Army’s core values of Seva, Suraksha, and Samarpan (Service, Security, and Devotion) towards the awaam (people). Through these efforts, the White Knight Corps continues to uphold its motto: “We Serve, We Protect!
