CISF enhances national security infrastructure protection through advanced tactical training programs
NEW DELHI — June 13, 2026:- The Central Industrial Security Force has launched a series of extensive training and capacity-building initiatives designed to significantly upgrade its operational readiness.
As part of this comprehensive strategy, security personnel are undergoing advanced instruction in modern warfare and defense techniques, including drone and counter-drone operations, cyber security protocols, industrial firefighting, and disaster management. The program also places a heavy emphasis on leadership development to prepare officers for complex field challenges.
In an effort to bolster the mental resilience of its force, the organization has partnered with the Indian Army to conduct specialized Battle Inoculation Training Programmes. This collaborative training focuses heavily on psychological preparedness, aiming to sharpen the situational awareness, mental toughness, and critical decision-making skills of personnel when operating in high-pressure or hostile environments.
These ongoing educational and tactical upgrades reflect a long-term commitment to evolving alongside modern security threats. By continuously modernizing the skill sets of its personnel, the force ensures it remains highly capable of protecting the critical infrastructure of the country and adapting swiftly to emerging national security challenges.
