Indian embassy in Iran issues travel advisory for citizens
TEHRAN, June 8, 2026 :- The Embassy of India in Tehran has issued a fresh travel advisory for Indian nationals in light of the latest regional developments.
According to the Advisory , the embassy has reiterated its earlier advice cautioning all Indian citizens to completely avoid travelling to Iran for the time being.
In addition to the travel warning, the embassy has urged all Indian nationals currently residing or staying in Iran to leave the country.
Citizens have been advised to make arrangements to exit Iran using any available means of transport.
