Lieutenant General Vijay B Nair Pays Tribute at Dhruva War Memorial Before Relinquishing Northern Command Post
UDHAMPUR, APRIL 25: -Lieutenant General Vijay B Nair, the outgoing Chief of Staff of the Northern Command, laid a wreath at the Dhruva War Memorial today to honor the bravehearts who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
On the occasion of relinquishing his current appointment, the General Officer expressed eternal gratitude to the fallen soldiers and paid tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and devotion displayed by all ranks under his leadership.
Reflecting on his tenure, he remarked that he felt deeply proud and humbled by the privilege of serving as the Chief of Staff in such a critical theater of operations.
Following his departure from the Northern Command, Lieutenant General Nair is set to take over as the Commandant of the Infantry School in Mhow.
