Ravinder Singh Officially Takes Charge as SP Rural Jammu

JAMMU, April 09, 2026: In a formal administrative transition, Ravinder Singh, JKPS, officially assumed the charge of Superintendent of Police (SP) Rural Jammu today.

The handover ceremony took place at the SP Rural Office, where the outgoing officer, Brijesh Sharma, JKPS, formally transferred the responsibilities of the crucial secondary wing of the Jammu district police.

During the brief proceedings, Brijesh Sharma extended his warmest regards to his successor, wishing him a productive and successful tenure in managing the security and law enforcement challenges unique to the rural pockets of the region.
