Lt Gen Neeraj Shukla Reviews Gajraj Corps Readiness in Forward High-Altitude Areas
TEZPUR, ASSAM — April 7, 2026 :-Lt Gen Neeraj Shukla, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Gajraj Corps, conducted a comprehensive visit to the forward areas of the Corps Zone today to evaluate operational readiness and oversee the ongoing Operational Validation Cycle within high-altitude terrain.
During his assessment, the General Officer lauded all ranks for their exceptional courage, resilience, and unwavering dedication while operating under grueling weather conditions and rugged geographical challenges.
He exhorted the personnel to continue upholding the highest benchmarks of military professionalism and constant preparedness to meet any security exigency.
Furthermore, Lt Gen Shukla engaged with Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel stationed in the region, expressing his deep appreciation for the seamless synergy and collaborative commitment displayed between the CAPF and the Indian Army in effectively safeguarding the nation’s frontiers.
