₹6 Crore Drug Nexus Crushed: Jammu Authorities Bulldoze Properties of Notorious Kingpins
BISHNAH, JAMMU June 10,2026 — In a massive crackdown on organized crime and narcotics syndicates, the Jammu Police and District Administration launched a joint demolition drive today, flattening three illegally acquired properties worth approximately ₹6 crore belonging to high-profile drug kingpins and hardcore criminals.
The targeted operation in the Waziru Chak area of Tehsil Bishnah was aimed at dismantling the financial infrastructure of habitual offenders whose continuous involvement in drug trafficking, violent offenses, and organized crime under the NDPS Act, Arms Act, and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) had severely disrupted public order and fueled local insecurity.
Among the structures demolished was the property of Gulzar Ahmed, alias Lahu, a notorious criminal facing 28 FIRs, alongside the assets of Farman Ali, alias Phalla, who is implicated in 8 active criminal cases. The joint enforcement team also leveled the property of Fareeda Bibi, alias Majeeda, a key conduit for UAPA-accused Lau Gujjar who faces serious charges under the NDPS Act.
Through this high-impact action, the Jammu Police and District Administration have sent a zero-tolerance message, utilizing absolute financial and physical deterrence to systematically break the spine of the region’s deeply entrenched drug nexus.
