Manoj Sinha interacts with NCC cadets at Special National Integration Camp in Srinagar

SRINAGAR, May 24: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the Special National Integration Camp organized by the National Cadet Corps Directorate of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. During his interaction with 340 NCC cadets and officers from across the country, Sinha emphasized that the special camp serves as a living symbol of India’s spirit, where the youth are actively shaping the nation’s history.

He stated that India places its hope and confidence in its younger generation to lead the country to greater heights, urging the cadets to honor that trust by living the core values of the organization and spreading them across their respective communities.

Sinha highlighted that diversity is the greatest strength of the nation, rooted in a centuries-old tradition of turning variety into unity and weaving different cultures into a shared national spirit. He called on the participants to utilize the leadership qualities and unity they learned at the camp to improve society, while carrying the seed of patriotism back to the youth in their home states and cities.

Noting that today’s youth are inheriting a rapidly changing world, he expressed confidence that the skills and courage of the younger generation will allow them to face future challenges with capability.Guided by the official motto of unity and discipline, Sinha encouraged the cadets to channel their creative energy toward resolving social problems through dialogue and mutual respect while building a path for a developed India.

The event also featured cultural performances by the cadets showcasing the rich heritage of different regions. Prominent dignitaries in attendance included Director General of NCC Virendra Vats, GoC Chinar Corps Balbir Singh, Additional Director General NCC J&K and Ladakh Directorate Anupinder Bevli, GoC 31 Sub Area Abhijit Mitra, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg, and senior officials from the army, police, and civil administration.
