Junior Leaders Academy Leadership and Management Course culminates in Bareilly

BAREILLY, May 20, 2026: The Leadership and Management Course conducted at the Junior Leaders Academy in Bareilly culminated today, marking the successful graduation of junior leaders from the Indian Armed Forces who completed the prestigious six-week training program.

During the closing ceremony, Commandant Brigadier Gaurav Kapoor addressed the participants and highlighted the vital role junior leaders play in upholding the core ethos of the army. He emphasized that maintaining the highest standards of discipline and training is essential for ensuring that forces remain ever ready for future operational challenges.

Following the address, excellence was recognized as Havildar Jasbir Singh of the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles was adjudged the overall best student of the course.
