Indian Naval Academy honors trainees and champion squadron at dinner night

EZHIMALA, May 25, 2026 — Vice Adm Manish Chadha, Commandant of the Indian Naval Academy, hosted the traditional Academy Dinner Night at the Katari Cadets Mess to mark the conclusion of the current academic term.

The gathering brought together academy officers and naval trainees to celebrate their shared accomplishments and dedication throughout the rigorous training period.

During the event, the Commandant presented performance trophies to outstanding trainees from the graduating classes and honored individual squadrons for excellence in various training disciplines.

Based on consistent high performance across all parameters during the Spring Term 2026, Fighter Squadron was officially awarded the coveted Champion Squadron Trophy.
