AKHNOOR, J&K — July 13, 2026: In a dual initiative aimed at boosting environmental sustainability and fostering community ties, the Indian Army organized a massive plantation drive followed by an interactive session with Ex-Servicemen (ESM) at Pallanwala.
The event drew enthusiastic participation from local youth, veterans, and active army personnel, who collectively planted a significant number of saplings to enhance the region’s green cover and inspire ecological responsibility.
