CRPF DG Addresses Grievances of Over Three Thousand Personnel to Prioritize Force Welfare
NEW DELHI, May 24 — The Central Reserve Police Force continues to prioritize the welfare of its personnel and their families through direct grievance redressal initiatives.
In the latest session, Director General G. P. Singh personally gave an audience to 63 personnel to address their concerns directly. Over the past year, the Director General has consistently provided direct access to force personnel for grievance redressal utilizing a hybrid mode.
Demonstrating a compassionate and personnel-centric approach, the Director General has listened to the grievances of 3,881 personnel so far. Following a thorough examination of the cases presented, 2,258 genuine grievances have been successfully resolved to the utmost satisfaction of the personnel involved.
Senior officials reiterated that along with dedicated service to the nation, ensuring the well-being and support of the force remains the topmost concern for the organization.
