Armenian military delegation visits School of Artillery to enhance bilateral cooperation
DEVLARE, May 22, 2026 — A three-member Armenian military delegation led by Colonel Aram Khachatryan, Deputy Chief of the Artillery Department, concluded a two-day visit to the School of Artillery.
During the visit, which took place on May 21 and 22, the delegation received comprehensive exposure to the state-of-the-art training facilities and the modern training methodologies adopted at the institution, which included witnessing a live-firing exercise.
The delegation was also briefed extensively on the procedures followed at all administrative and operational levels for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of in-service equipment to ensure long-term mission reliability.
Lieutenant General N S Sarna, Commandant of the School of Artillery, interacted with the visiting dignitaries to discuss key issues pertaining to enhanced strategic and technical cooperation between India and Armenia in the field of artillery.
