Sashastra Seema Bal Director General Sanjay Singhal Joins International Yoga Day Celebrations at Batmaloo

SRINAGAR, June 21, 2026 — Sashastra Seema Bal Director General Sanjay Singhal visited the 10th Battalion of the force stationed at Batmaloo in Jammu and Kashmir. Coinciding with International Yoga Day, the director general participated in a special yoga session alongside the personnel.

During the event, he encouraged all ranks to integrate yoga into their daily routines to achieve a healthier, more balanced, and stress-free lifestyle.As part of his visit to the battalion headquarters, Sanjay Singhal also took part in an environmental initiative by planting a sapling on the campus.

This gesture was aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and fostering a greener future within the force’s operational areas.
