Beyond the uniform as Indian Army Spear Corps organizes medical camps across Northeast
DIBANG VALLEY, June 19 — Formations of the Spear Corps organized vital healthcare initiatives across the Northeast region to support local communities in remote areas. Under these initiatives, the Dao Division conducted a combined medical and dental camp in the Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh, delivering essential treatments and free medicines to residents living in difficult terrain.
Simultaneously, the Spearhead Division organized a comprehensive medical camp at Dhakuakhana in Assam, providing crucial healthcare consultations and medical support to the local population.
These dual initiatives underscore the enduring commitment of the Indian Army toward community welfare while actively strengthening civil-military bonds in the country’s distant border regions.
