Kochi Sea Cadet Corps team visits Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala

KOCHI, June 7, 2026 — A contingent of 63 cadets from the Sea Cadet Corps in Kochi recently completed an immersive week-long training camp at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala.

The educational visit was designed to give the young cadets firsthand exposure to the structured environment, strict discipline, and core values that define the training of naval officers.During their time at the premier academy, the participants experienced the daily routine and rigorous schedule of regular trainees.

The program aimed to inspire the next generation of maritime leaders by showcasing the transformative journey of naval training.

Academy officials noted that the hands-on exposure successfully motivated many of the visiting cadets to consider future careers in the Indian Navy and dedicating themselves to national service at sea.
