Manoj Sinha visits historic Gauri Shankar Mandir in Kishtwar
JAMMU, JUNE 6: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid obeisance at the ancient Gauri Shankar Mandir at Sarkoot in Kishtwar today, praying for the peace, prosperity, and well-being of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing demands raised by local residents and public representatives during his visit, the Lieutenant Governor directed the district administration to initiate immediate and appropriate measures to rejuvenate the pond adjacent to the temple premises.
Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Sunil Sharma, Member of Legislative Assembly from Kishtwar Shagun Parihar, and Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma, alongside other senior officials, accompanied the Lieutenant Governor.
