Air Marshal S Shrinivas Reviews Medical Preparedness and Modernization Projects at Command Hospital Air Force Bengaluru

BENGALURU, APRIL 15, 2026— Air Marshal S Shrinivas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Training Command, accompanied by Mrs. Sunita Shrinivas, President of the Air Force Families Welfare Association (Regional), conducted an extensive visit to the Command Hospital Air Force in Bengaluru today.

Upon arrival, the Air Marshal was received with a ceremonial Guard of Honour, followed by a detailed review of the facility’s medical care standards, teaching methodologies, and overall operational efficiency across various specialized departments.

The visit served as a critical assessment of the hospital’s readiness to provide high-quality healthcare and its ability to maintain rigorous academic standards for medical personnel within the Indian Air Force.

During his interaction with the staff, Air Marshal Shrinivas lauded the professionalism and comprehensive patient care delivered by the hospital, while also expressing appreciation for the robust administrative support that sustains its daily operations.

He emphasized the necessity of integrated training and the continuous upgrading of medical skills to stay aligned with evolving operational demands.

Furthermore, the AOC-in-C reviewed the ongoing progress of the state-of-the-art Multi-Modal Healthcare Complex (MMHC) project, reaffirming the Training Command’s steadfast commitment to enhancing medical capabilities and infrastructure to better serve the armed forces community.
