Chamoli 23 August :- Cloudburst in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand on friday night triggered flash floods, leaving one person dead, another missing, and causing widespread damage in the Tharali area.
According to officials, Cloudburst in Chamoli district overnight has caused widespread damage in Tharali tehsil, with debris sweeping into residential buildings, shops, and government premises, including SDM residence and tehsil office.
Police and administrative teams are actively engaged in rescue and relief operations, while SDRF teams have been dispatched to the site.
