Indian Army Empowers Ramban Youth with Photography Skills: 12 Rashtriya Rifles Concludes Specialized Cadre at Banihal
RAMBAN, January 17, 2026 – Strengthening the bond between the military and the local community, the Indian Army’s 12 Rashtriya Rifles (Grenadiers) successfully conducted the closing ceremony of a specialized Photography Cadre at Banihal, where a diverse group of 20 boys and girls completed an intensive skill development program.
This initiative, designed to foster creative expression and technical proficiency, provided the participants with comprehensive training in camera handling, lighting techniques, visual composition, and the ethical implications of modern media.
During the valedictory session, Army representatives commended the students for their discipline and dedication, urging them to utilize their new skills as both a creative hobby and a viable career path to drive positive social impact.
