76th Batch of IRS Officers Graduates: CBIC Hosts Passing Out Parade at NACIN Palasamundram

PALASAMUNDRAM, — May 23, 2026: The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) celebrated a major milestone today with the Passing Out Parade (PoP) of the 76th Batch of Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officers. Held at the prestigious National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) in Palasamundram, the ceremony marked the successful completion of the officer trainees’ rigorous professional training.

The high-profile event was graced by Pankaj Chaudhary, the Union Minister of State for Finance, who attended as the Guest of Honour and formally inspected the parade. Underscoring the importance of this new cohort entering public service, the ceremony was also attended by the Chairman of the CBIC, alongside all Board Members and senior departmental officers, who gathered to welcome the newly commissioned officers into the revenue service.
