Jammu 16th August :- A new devotional Dogri bhajan, “Chandi Maa Machaila Waliye,” was officially released today at the Press Club of Jammu by MLA Jammu East Yudhvir Sethi along with Chairman of the Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra and Director, Editor Rahul Dutta, The bhajan, dedicated to the revered Chandi Mata of Machail, is a heartfelt musical tribute aimed at spreading devotion and peace.
Speaking at the event, MLA Yudhvir Sethi highlighted the importance of preserving and promoting Dogri culture and traditions. He stated that devotional music serves as a powerful medium to connect people with their spiritual roots and expressed his hope that the bhajan would be widely appreciated for its soulful melody and lyrical depth.
Sethi congratulated the entire team for their commendable effort in creating a piece that resonates with the faith of the community.Keshav Chopra, Chairman of Samvedna Society, shared his views on the significance of the bhajan in fostering a sense of unity and spiritual well-being.
Chopra emphasized that such devotional works play a crucial role in today’s fast-paced world by providing solace and a sense of belonging. He praised the artists for their dedication and talent, noting that their work contributes positively to the cultural and religious fabric of the region. Keshav Chopra also prayed to the Goddess that the incidents of cloudbursts should come to an end, and he prayed for the peace of the souls of those who lost their lives in these tragedies.
The bhajan features the vocals and lyrics of Vijay Kumar Singh, with music and composition by Assh K. The video and editing were handled by Rajwal Motion Pictures, with cinematography by Krish Rajwal, Ajay Parwana.
