Youth Critically Injured in Anantnag Mine Blast, Hospitalized

Anantnag 14 September :- A boy was critically injured in a mine blast on Sunday in the Khundru area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

The victim, identified as Shahid Ahmad, son of Mohd Yousf Sheikh from Larnoo, was visiting his maternal home in Khundru when the explosion occurred. He was initially evacuated to the Sub-District Hospital in Achabal before being referred to the Government Medical College (GMC) in Anantnag for advanced treatment, where his condition remained critical.

Due to the severity of his injuries, doctors have since referred him to the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) in Srinagar for further specialized care.
