Vajra Corps Commander Reviews Panther Division’s Operational Readiness for Multi-Domain Warfare
JALANDHAR | March 21, 2026 — Lieutenant General Ajay Chandpuria, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Vajra Corps, conducted a comprehensive review of the operational and administrative preparedness of the Panther Division today.
During the high-level assessment, the GOC meticulously examined the division’s readiness levels, focusing on the seamless integration of modern combat assets and the synergy between various units.
His visit underscores the Indian Army’s continuous efforts to maintain a high state of vigilance and combat efficiency along critical sectors.Commending the troops for their high degree of integration and unwavering operational focus, Lt Gen Chandpuria emphasized the necessity of evolving with the changing nature of modern conflict.
He urged all ranks to cultivate an offensive and innovative mindset, stressing the importance of sharpening Technology-enabled Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
By prioritizing tech-driven solutions and “Total Operational Readiness,” the GOC highlighted that the Panther Division must remain prepared for victory across the entire spectrum of Multi-Domain Operations, ensuring a lethal edge in both conventional and asymmetric warfare scenarios.
