UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 22: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai today chaired a meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) for the Mission YUVA scheme.
The meeting was convened to evaluate, screen and approve applications seeking financial assistance for Nano Enterprises and MSME sectors, besides reviewing the overall progress of the scheme implementation in the district.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajinder Singh; GM DIC Kishore Singh Katoch; Deputy Director Employment, Mohinder Sharma; Assistant Director Employment, Priyanka Gupta; representatives of the banking sector and other concerned officers.
After thorough scrutiny and discussion, the committee approved 120 cases for financial assistance.
Speaking at the meeting, the DC emphasized the need to expedite the pace of implementation through close coordination among all line departments. LDM was directed to ensure the timely processing and disbursement of all sanctioned loan cases.
Highlighting the significance of the scheme, the DC underscored the importance of continuous monitoring of YUVA Doots and instructed the concerned departments to organize regular awareness camps across the district to maximize outreach and benefits under Mission YUVA.
