GANDERBAL, February 02, 2026: A major road accident occurred at the “S-Mode” in the Hariganiwan area today when a truck traveling from Sonamarg lost control on a sharp curve.
According to official reports, the vehicle skidded off the road, overturned, and fell onto a nearby residential structure. The impact of the heavy vehicle caused significant damage to the house and left two individuals with injuries.
Local emergency teams and residents acted swiftly to rescue those involved, transporting the injured to a nearby medical facility.
Hospital officials have since stated that both patients are in stable condition and remain under observation.
