Srinagar Airport Flight Cancellation: SpiceJet SG-161 Grounded Over Operational Issues

SRINAGAR, Feb 19: The Srinagar Airport Authority announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) account today that SpiceJet flight SG-161, scheduled to operate from Srinagar (SXR) to Jammu (IXJ), has been cancelled due to unforeseen operational reasons.

In light of this disruption, airport officials have advised all affected passengers to coordinate directly with the airline for rebooking options, full refunds, or additional travel assistance.

To facilitate this process, SpiceJet staff have been deployed at the airport ticketing counters to provide on-site support to stranded travelers.

The authority expressed its gratitude for the public’s patience and understanding as the airline works to resolve the scheduling conflict.
