Airport authorities have issued an urgent passenger advisory, recommending that all travelers check their latest flight status with their respective airlines before departing for the airport to mitigate any personal inconvenience.
According to the official flight disruption data for January 19, 2026, the affected services include IndiGo flight 6E5133, which was scheduled to arrive at 08:10 and depart as flight 6854 at 08:50. Additionally, Air India Express flight IX1980 with a 14:10 arrival and 14:45 departure, along with Akasa Air flight QP1802 scheduled for a 13:50 arrival and 14:30 departure, have both been grounded.
All these cancellations specifically impact routes connecting Srinagar and Delhi (DEL) as part of the broader regional security measures.
