Srinagar Airport Alert: Five Flights Cancelled Today Due to Operational Restrictions at Delhi

Srinagar | January 26, 2026 — The Srinagar Airport Authority has issued a travel advisory for passengers today following the cancellation of five scheduled flights.

According to an official update shared on X (formerly Twitter), the cancellations are a result of temporary airspace restrictions and operational limitations currently in effect at Delhi Airport.

The affected flights include services operated by major carriers such as IndiGo (6E), Air India Express (IX), Akasa Air (QP), and SpiceJet (SG). Specific cancellations involve the following routes:

IndiGo: Flight 6E5133/6E6854 (scheduled for 08:10 arrival) and Flight 6E2995/6E2996 (scheduled for 09:10 arrival).

Air India Express: Flight IX1980/IX1017 (scheduled for 14:10 arrival).

Akasa Air: Flight QP1802/QP1803 (scheduled for 13:50 arrival).

SpiceJet: Flight SG661/SG664 (scheduled for 12:05 arrival).

Airport officials have advised all travelers to confirm their current flight status directly with their respective airlines before heading to the terminal to avoid unnecessary delays. The authority expressed regret for the inconvenience caused by these external operational adjustments.
