SNSP Campaign: 15 Specialized Health camps held across Kathua

Kathua, September 26: Under the supervision of Chief Medical Officer Kathua, Dr. Vijay Raina, the 10th day of the Swasth Nari Shashakt Parivar (SNSP) campaign was observed with the conduct of 15 specialized health camps at various health institutions across the district. The events were attended by local dignitaries and witnessed enthusiastic public participation.

In addition to these, 183 routine health camps were also organized in different villages, benefitting a total of 2019 persons with comprehensive healthcare services.

The campaign focuses on creating awareness and providing services in key areas including ANC check-ups, safe pregnancy counseling, immunization and child health, POSHAN initiatives, adolescent health, non-communicable diseases, cancer screening, eye/ENT/dental and geriatric care, tuberculosis screening, AB-PMJAY and Vay Vandana card distribution, blood donor registration, safe blood donation practices, and AYUSH services.

The health camps were held in villages Mooni, Sather, Kishanpur, Tharakalyal, Dhorsi, Goond, Basantpur and Tarda.
