Six Day Bharat Darshan Tour of Ramban District Flagged Off
Ramban 04 December :- The Bharat Darshan Tour 2025, comprising 93 students from far-flung and remote areas of District Ramban was flagged off by Shreedhar Patil DIG DKR Range. The students will travel by air from Jammu onwards to New Delhi and Hyderabad for the 6 day national exposure tour.
The flag-off ceremony witnessed the presence of Alyas Khan Deputy Commissioner Ramban,Arun Gupta SSP Ramban, senior police officers, media persons,parents of the participating students and the teachers of schools where they are pursuing education.The participants, visibly filled with great enthusiasm and excitement, expressed their eagerness to explore different parts of the country and learn from the experience.
Parents of the touring students conveyed their gratitude to the Police Department for organising such a meaningful initiative that promotes youth development and strengthens community-police relations.
Interacting with the students, DIG DKR Range and SSP Ramban urged and encouraged them to use this opportunity to learn about the nation’s diversity, rich heritage and progress.
They also interacted with their parents who expressed gratitude to the GOI and the J&K police for providing such opportunity to their wards.The touring students were also provided with utility kits including tracksuits,shoes and caps.
The students will travel by air from Jammu onwards to New Delhi and Hyderabad for the national exposure.The tour aims to familiarize students with important historical, cultural, scientific, and developmental landmarks across the country It is designed to broaden their horizons, strengthen national integration, and inspire them to aim higher in their academic and personal journey.
Besides building public trust the Bharat Darshan Tour is expected to significantly enhance the students’ exposure, and understanding of the cultural and developmental fabric of the nation.
