Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Opens Renovated View Points for Gupt Navratri Pilgrims

KATRA (V. D) January 19, 2026: Marking the auspicious commencement of Gupt Navratras, the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) today announced the reopening of the Sameer and Ambalika View Points on the traditional Banganga–Adhkuwari track.

Following an extensive period of repair and renovation, these facilities have been made fully operational to enhance the pilgrimage experience for devotees trekking to the holy cave shrine.

Located along the scenic old track, the upgraded view points are designed to provide a comfortable resting place where pilgrims can rejuvenate amidst the serene natural beauty of the Trikuta Hills.

To further ensure the convenience of the Yatris, these points now offer a variety of refreshment services, including packed snacks and a selection of hot and cold beverages.

The Shrine Board emphasized that these renovations are part of a broader commitment to improving pilgrim welfare and infrastructure. By blending essential modern amenities with the spiritual journey, the new facilities aim to provide a more comfortable and soul-stirring experience for the thousands of devotees who visit the shrine daily.
