Satish Sharma Hosts Public Grievance Meet in Srinagar; Vows Transparent, People-Centric Governance

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 19: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, and Youth Services & Sports, Satish Sharma, conducted an extensive public outreach program today in Srinagar, meeting with numerous deputations to address regional concerns and developmental aspirations. During these interactions, the Minister took stock of a wide array of issues ranging from the consistent availability of essential commodities and the modernization of transport infrastructure to the enhancement of IT-enabled public services. Deputations also raised critical points regarding local employment opportunities, consumer welfare, and the need for more robust sports facilities to engage the region’s youth. Sharma provided a patient hearing to all representatives, assuring them that their genuine grievances would be examined and resolved within a strict time-bound framework to ensure administrative accountability.

Emphasizing that direct engagement with citizens is the cornerstone of effective leadership, Satish Sharma reiterated the government’s unwavering commitment to a transparent and people-centric administration.
