RVC Centre and College Dominates EFI CCN Eventing Championship with Multiple Medal Wins
MEERUT, March 13, 2026 — Marking a significant milestone in Indian equestrian sports, the Remount Veterinary Corps (RVC) Centre and College successfully hosted the EFI CCN Eventing championship from March 7 to March 11, 2026.
Held under the prestigious aegis of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), the high-stakes competition featured Pre-Novice, Novice, and One-Star categories. The event drew a massive turnout of 118 elite horse-rider combinations, representing a diverse spectrum of the sporting community including the Indian Army, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), various State Police Forces, and prominent private Civil Clubs from across the country.
The home team from RVC Centre and College delivered a stellar performance, securing a total of three individual and four team medals throughout the five-day event.
A standout highlight of the championship was the performance of the Cadets from the Boys Sports Company Equestrian (RVC&C); despite competing in the senior divisions, Cadet Rudra Pratap Singh demonstrated exceptional skill and composure to clinch the Individual Silver in the highly competitive Novice Eventing category.
This successful hosting and the subsequent medal haul further solidify RVC&C’s reputation as a premier hub for equestrian excellence and talent development within the Indian military framework.
