Rajouri | January 16, 2026 — A 15-year-old boy was injured following a terrifying leopard attack in a remote belt of the Rajouri district on Thursday evening, sparking widespread panic among the local community.

According to official reports and local witnesses, the incident took place in Ward No. 2, Gurah, within the Dodasan Balla Panchayat. The teenager was reportedly targeted by the leopard during the late evening hours, a time when wildlife activity often increases in the forested fringes of the district.
