AMRITSAR, February 10, 2026 — In a major breakthrough for national security, the State Special Operations Cell (SSOC), Amritsar, has successfully dismantled a Pakistan ISI-backed terror conspiracy by arresting a key operative and recovering a high-intensity explosive device.
Acting on precise intelligence, the SSOC intercepted the accused in Amritsar, uncovering an RDX-based Improvised Explosive Device (IED) that had been strategically concealed within a PVC pipe casing to bypass security surveillance.
