PS Udhampur Conducts “Know Your Police Station” Program Ahead of National Unity Day

Udhampur – On the eve of National Unity Day, Police Station Udhampur today organized the “Know Your Police Station” engagement program, welcoming students from Govt. Higher Secondary School Udhampur.The visit aimed to create awareness among students about police functions, duties and responsibilities, while strengthening police-community relations.

Students were also briefed on the significance of National Unity Day and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s role in India’s freedom struggle and post-independence integration.

The program successfully fostered trust, awareness and respect between the younger generation and the police, promoting civic education and a strong police-public partnership.
