Northern Command Hosts Strategic Defence Financial Management Course to Boost Operational Readiness and Synergy

UDHAMPUR, J&K | January 9, 2026 — To streamline fiscal discipline and enhance combat effectiveness, a high-level Defence Financial Management Course and “Competent Financial Authority – Integrated Finance Advisor” (CFA-IFA) Synergy Conference was successfully conducted at Headquarters Northern Command from January 7 to 9, 2026.
