NIA Chargesheets Key Shooters in Arsh Dala-Linked Neemrana Hotel Firing Case
NEW DELHI, Jan 4, 2026: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary chargesheet against the two primary shooters involved in the high-profile September 2024 firing incident at the Highway King Hotel in Neemrana.
The accused, identified as Puneet and Narinder Lalli, both residents of Punjab, are facing charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Arms Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
According to the probe, the duo carried out the shooting and issued extortion threats to the hotel owners under the direct instruction of designated Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dala, who leads the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) in coordination with the notorious Bambiha gang.
The investigation revealed that the attack was a meticulously planned operation by a terrorist-gangster syndicate aimed at promoting the KTF’s secessionist objectives. While the planning was orchestrated by gang members Dinesh Gandhi and Saurabh Kataria, Puneet and Narinder were the ground operatives provided with prohibited weapons, funds, and safe houses.
To date, the NIA has chargesheeted a total of nine individuals in this case as part of its ongoing crackdown on the nexus between international terror modules and domestic organized crime. Security agencies highlighted that the syndicate continues to use such acts of violence and extortion to create a climate of fear and finance their anti-national activities.
